Is it possible to submit more evidence to cic even after decision is made based on less points.I have a document which i overlooked can it help me.

Thanks Sharon,the said document was a superceeded certificate after i did a diploma in the same field and both occupations are under NOC(healthcare) but different classification.It was a one year course,the other was two and half but they gave me only 20 points (after 12th grade)can this bail me out?
