hi there,
I need your expertise on my problem.
My application for study permit was refused the first time due to late submission after 90 days and its was an inadvertent mistake from my side. However, i applied again and this time it got transferred to a local immigration office. It has been 16 months that my case was transferred and i haven´t heared anything from them.
My question is; what are my chances to get my legal status back?
Thanks inadvance.

(in reply to: Implied status in canada) Based on the information in your posting your chances are Zero to 1%
You need to apply outside of Canada due to regulation 11.
You have stayed for 16 additional months when they told you that you must depart immediately in their letter to you when your re-reinstatement was denied!!!!!!!!
