I hope you can help me on this...

Is it possible to get a Study permit while waiting for the PR as FSW?

Thanks a lot,

CRP

can you prove you would go home at the end of the permit - that is the deal breaker.

The key issue if your waiting a long time for a PR as a dependent of your family then the chances go way up. This is something your family and you have been working towards is to have you educated in Canada.

Go for it.

Well, we applied trough Por-au-Prince. AOR Sept 07. Just my husband and I, no children so far. We were just wondering another way to get there, faster, and maybe transfer the file. We are both manufacturing eng, and I don´t know if our profession is going to be in the famous list.

Do you think we should order a Caips Notes, since it´s been a year and we haven´t had notices from them. Processing times are from 17 to 25 months according to cic web page.

Thanks.

Being an Engineer is a rough track to go. No other engineers want you to be part of their organization because you have competition.

Good Luck.
