Having recently married a Canadian divorcee and now turning our attention to a spousal application to allow me to move to Canada (from UK) to be together, we were wondering what name my new wife should use when filling in her side of the application paperwork.
Should it be her maiden name, her married name before she married me or her new married name.
We think it should be her name now, since we married, but we´re unsure.

how about this...
first name / whatever name is on her passport and SIN number + (new married name in brackets)
the important thing is to connect CIC with all her Canadian files

Which ever name is on her passport!!!!!!
In Ontario one has to do a legal n ame change to assume her husbands name.
