You have not told us how far along you are with your PR application. Again, in your last post you are somehow wondering (and perhaps this is a language issue) if adoption may move your application along more quickly - the answer to that is no.
You can consider adoption but you must undertake that responsibility with the full awareness that your own PR application could be denied or the wait could be extensive due to some new rules that are working their way through the parliamentary system. If the child you adopt has medical problems, your file could be rejected because of medical inadmissability. If being in Canada is the only way the adoption will work for you and your family - don´t do it. You are putting the cart in front of the horse.
Hard to say how long adoption may take. perhaps it is as simple as moving forward and taking the outcome as it is delivered. If rescuing a child is the primary goal - then the immigration questions/problems become irrelevant- you deal with them as they come.
