(in reply to: Sponser My New Born Baby) Hi Sajid,
You have to apply for a visit visa for your wife and child and when you are in Canada you have to apply for their PR.
I dont think Income may be the issue. It depends what information is required to be filled in the application form for the visit visa related to income to be shown.
Good luck and all the best

(in reply to: Sponser My New Born Baby) not sure what Anonymous meant in their first instruction.
1) CIC will require you to be in Canada when you apply to sponsor your wife and child.
2) proof of income is required (so you can assure CIC that you will be caring for your family) but there is no minimum amount of earnings required.
3) I believe your child is included in your wife´s application.

(in reply to: Sponser My New Born Baby) I think Anonymous is missing a couple things here.
1- I highly doubt that your wife will get a visitor´s visa.
2- You can sponsor your wife and baby to come to Canada even though they are living abroad.
3- As a PR YOU HAVE to live in Canada.
Once they are approved, the visa office in charge of the region will issue the PR visas for your wife and baby to come to Canada.
Take a look at it:
