Hi..I am a Canadian citizen living in Canada & just recently married an American where she is living now.We are in the process of filling out the Immmigration paperwork for her to arrive here as as a Permanent Residence status here in Canada.
On my "Application To Sponsor & Undertaking"it asks if i lived commonlaw at any time (ended in 2001),where would i find that Declaration that i could get notarized or have a Commissonor of oath done to subit with the application?
