| Subject: help am confused sponsoring my kids |

i want to start sponsoring my 3 kids, but i have a big problem my kids have leave with my ex since i came canada he doesn´t have full custody of them, i also had a kid that died, with any other ex do i need to include her in the application, help me i need my kids, i haven´t been supporting for a year now cause i lost my job but now am working. my ex doesn´t want me to have anything to do with my kids.

you will require permission from your ex to sponsor them and bring them to Canada. you may want to check with a laywer about your options.
I do not believe you are required to list your deceased child. I am very sorry for your loss.

I am so sorry that you have had to be away from your kids. Sorry to about loss of your other child.
Even though you will be sponsoring only your other kids, there is a section where you will have to list your other child. I still believe you should put in an application for your kids to get the ball rolling, while you do that get legal advice and work on getting custody of your kids.... meanwhile your application will be in process and you will deal with how to get their father to sign the forms....think positive thoughts
