my boyfriend is Canadian and I´m from the U.S.he is sponsoring me to move there.which is faster to have him send it in Canada or for me to send it in the U.S.?and if there are no problems with the application process whats the average time it takes before i get permission to live there?

To the best of my knowledge, I think it would be same and OK to apply for you to one of the Canadian consul.
