hi all forum members,
i was checking the Appendix A checklist provied by cic which clearly states that all photocopis ofb the documents have to be send
except the POLICE CERTIFICTES
BUT
again point about the TRANCRIPTS says FOLLOWING
original transcripts of all degrees must be submitted in university sealed envelopes.
PLEASE ADVISE WHAT IT MEANS

I also noticed this contradiction when I sent my documents.
Well I did not send transcripts in university sealed enveloppes but only photocopies I did myself. Only PCC I sent originals.
Guess what ? nothing happened they have accepted all my documents fine. Got IA after 3 months of AOR. So don´t worry about it.
Notorizing documents can be done at the bank when some of the staff have "notary public authorities"
