| Subject: Filing Canada PR visa in US with only Tourist Visa |

Good day all!
My friend just want to ask if he can file the application for Canadian permanent residence visa in the US even if he is only on tourist visa in the US. The processing in Manila would take 5 years waiting period but in US it would only more than a year. He dont have yet the US tourist visa but he is realy planning to have one.

NO. Visitor visa holders not eligible.
