| Subject: Proof of Funds |

Hi all,
I am submitting my application to Buffalo for skilled worker. I would
like to know if I should include the proof of funds (bank statement)
now or should I submit it later ? I have properties and don´t want sell until I get advanced in the process. Is there anybody who sent the proof of funds at a later date without having long delays in the applicattion ?

Hi
CIC will ask you to submit current funds statement after initial assessment if you dont submit along with your application now.
I first submitted a bank statement with whatever funds i had and property documents with a letter stating that they will be liquified when I get my visa.The application was accepted and now after initial assessment they asked me to submit proof of funds that can be readily transfered to Canada.

so what if anyone show the property paper ? instead of funds in bank ?

Hi
At the time of application submission you can show property papers but after initial assessment is done they´ll ask you to submit a bank statement with readily transferable funds.
Thats what happened to me.

Thanks all for your help. I will go ahead and submit with property papers and titles for 2 paid off vehicles. Otherwise it would really delay my application. Again, thanks a lot.
