Subject: TRV rejected, will Spousal Open Work Permit work?
  Hi,
I was rejected my TRV application with regulation No. 179 stating I have no strong family ties in my present residing country, UAE, and sure I won´t come back after my visa has been expired, the consular said.
But I have to meet my husband and that´s why I had tried again applying spousal Open Work Permit as soon as they´d rejected.

Could you advise me that that Open Work Permit application will work?
My husband is US greencard holder presently working in Canada with Work Permit.

If not, how can I reach to him?
Thanks and Regards,
Holly

Since you are a temporary resident in UAE it is only logical they refused you.

Why do you have to (meet) your husband?

Why on earth who ever did your Husband´s work permit did he/she not include you in the original application?

What is your citizenship?

Thanks (in reply to: TRV rejected, will Spousal Open Work Permit work?)
Hi,
Thanks alot for reply. We are burmese (Myanmar) citizen.

Even if he had included in his application, at that time, we heard that it won´t work cos´ I am not a greencard holder.

That´s why I was just trying to visit him with TRV.

In the meanwhile, I had submitted Open Work Permit.
May I know if there is any chance to get WP?

If not, we do have to plan some alternate ways to meet each other.

Thanks,
Holly
