| Subject: Adding my child after getting the medical forms? |

hello All,
I need your help solving this problem..
My application for SW from USA was in process when I was blessed with a baby girl last April; I applied for a US passport for the baby as soon as I got her birth certificate. The whole process (the birth certificate and passport) took about 4 months, and I just got her passport, and few days later, we got the medical forms applications for both me and my wife.
What should I do now? Do go ahead with completing the medical forms and tests needed? Or I apply for my daughter?s addition to my application first?
And what are the steps for each?
