HI TO EVERYONE
ME & AND MY PARENTS HAD SENT THE PP TO NEW DELHI EMBASSY ON 29th JUNE UNDER PARENTS SPONSORSHIP CATEGORY.WHEREAS THE DOCTOR SENT OUR MEDICALS TO EMBASSY ON 14th JULY.
NOW PLZ TELL HOW MUCH TIME DOES EMBASSY USUALLY TAKES TO STAMP THE VISA & SEND THEM BACK?? PLZ ...EVERYONE?S ANSWER WILL BE APPRECIATED

hi Chahal , 1st thing i want to know had u send d pp on ur own or upon their request , if u had send it on ur own , then it might take little long , bcos after d medicals they conduct background checks , and if u had send upon their request then like cool dude said and other people says maximum it comes within 60 days ,
i am also in d same boat just waiting for my passport to come from NEW-DELHI , just be patient little more...and hope for d best.

and one more thing when u done with medicals , plz let me know ...? bcos P.R visa is valid for 1 yr , which means till d date of urs medicals .

Well, I´m in th esame boat on the other shore waiting for my Mom´s visa. She has done her medical May 31,07 and also sent PP, PCC etc on our own (per their instruction in the letter) early june. Still waiting after almost 60 days.

Hi Anonymous, if u had send ur passport on ur own after the medicals then it might take longer , bcos i also did d same thing , submitted my passport just after d medicals , and then they replied after 7 months to send d updated PCC´s again , and then i withdrawn my pp from d embassy for getting d PCC from d passport regional office , mean while i received a letter from d high commission again this time it was Passport request , so just hoping for d best time this time , usually everyone says it normally takes 40 - 60 days maximum to get the stamped passport upon their request . lets c , mine intensions r not 2 discourage anyone in this forum , just provide wat i had till now in my knowledge , but every case is diff from other , so if there is any other query or want ask something else , reply me on afflick_26b@yahoo.ca

WE SENT THE PP UPON THE WRITTEN REQUEST OF HIGH COMMISSION OF NEW DELHI...OUR PCC´s WERE ALREADY SENT EARLIER ALONG WITH THE KIT...WE DID OUR MEDICALS ON JUNE 21...WHEREAS THE DOCTOR HAD SENT OUR MEDICALS TO EMBASSY ON JULY 14... JUST HOPING FOR THE BEST
