Dear All,
I am Indian, i have PR Visa under Quebec Selection (CSQ). I am planning to move from india to Quebec in February. I have on confusion. I have Quebec Selection Certificate, But i want to move from Montreal to Toronto on same day or within 1 month. So what are the procedure to move from quebec to ontario. is there any difficult procedure to mover from quebec to ontario. Must i have apply seprate immigration for to ontario? after landing at Quebec. What are procedure.

You land in Quebec through Quebec immigration process, you are free to move in Canada.

Not so fast, my friend.
The Government of the Province of Quebec EXPECTS YOU to stay and work in Quebec for at least 3 years, in return for their having assisted YOU to get into Canada, faster than the regular immigration stream.
So you had better re-think your plans to quckly jump out of Quebec, into Ontario. This may result in you being asked to leave Canada. Following the rules is the expected thing in this case. If you don´t want to live in Quebec, why did you sign up to go there ??? Didn´t you realise that the Government of Quebec expects to get dedicated immigrants , who will live there happily ??
And to Samm, You are not accurate in your advice.
Read up about the Quebec Immigration program. It is NOT the same as the PNP system in place in the other parts of Canada. It is very different, in it´s wording and rules.
Quebec has the right, under our national Immigration laws, to set it´s OWN standards for immigrants and demand they work and contribute to the economy of Quebec, by paying taxes there, for a number of years, to offset the costs of bringing them to Quebec.

Canadian Citizen,
I know that if he moves without actually settling in Quebec his Quebec selection certificate can be canceled which means he will lose his PR. But I have seen quite a few people taking advantage of this by using one way or another. And by the way see his original question he just asked whether he needs to follow special procedure or not and I replied to that.

I am ready is there is a way after follow up of some procedure for to move from Quebec to Ontario. if it is not there then i can stay at Quebe for 3 years. But if there is way kindly discuss with me.
