I´m here, yes I´m busy and NO have never made any money off this forum.
Currently just finished yet another UPDATE of my client Hong Zhang Chinese National client who has a child out of wedlock.
CIC informed us it would be another 30 months before they would even assign her Compassionate application (H&C) to an officer at Etobicoke CIC.
We then fought for and got a deferral of her removal based on COMMON SENSE until they looked at her H&C application. http://torontosun.com/News/Canada/2007/06/07/4241080-sun.html
CBSA and CIC did not want my client jumping the line and were going to remove her prior to rendering a decision on her H&C Humanitarian and Compassionate application. THEN CIC (THEY) TRANSFERRED HER H&C APPLICATION TO THE PRE REMOVAL RISK ASSESSMENT AND GAVE US THIRTY DAYS TO UPDATE OUR PREVIOUS SUBMISSIONS.
That is what we have been doing. SIXTY SEVEN PAGES OF SUBMISSIONS ALONG WITH HUNDREDS OF PAGES OF ATTAHMENTS IN SUPPORT OF OUR SUBMISSIONS.
