Subject: Some question -Simplified Process Application
Please am going to submit SP application in Tunis and I have some questions:

1-As a Libyan should I submit this application to Paris or I can submit it in Candaian embassy in Tunis only?
2- I am not to going to take my family in the begining until I settle there, so sould I pay for them in the application ?
3- I have the ILETS certificate score 6 (Academic) is it acceptable and is it considered as a High or moderate level ?
4- In addition to my Bachelor Degree I have many other certificates and short courses, is these courses also considered during the assessment?
5- My career is a bit different than my graduate certificates , how will the CIC consider that ?

Finally I would like to thank you alot for these valued information and your kind help.

Thanks and Regards

1. You can submit your application to the Canadian mission in your country of citizenship or to one in country to which you have been legally admitted for one year. Admitted means what it is and does not mean resided.

2.If you want your family to get PR then you have to pay for them.

3. IELTS academic can be considered but it depends on visa officer. When you will be asked to submit proof of English language proficiency you can submit your IELTS academic score along with your written submission. However with 6 score on academic I cannot see you getting more than 8-10 points (no break up provided so its a wild guess). So if you claim 16 points they will award you less and will ask you to sit for IELTS, if you decide against it they will evaluate you based on your initial submission.

4. Degree, trade certificates, diplomas are considered. No computer courses or other certificates are considered.

5. Your work experience can be in different field than your education. If you are really unlucky and are invited for interview and your bad luck is still in force then the visa officer may ask you why you chose to work in an area different then your education, which I am sure you already have the answer.
