I worked in a co. starting with a certain job title A , then later I changed to another title B according to the duties I was performing since I joined the job, and I got a letter from my employer certifying this , does the work experience and title count as occupation B since I joined ?

You have letter stating that you worked as -- during the stated periods of time and if both the jobs fall into proper NOC category then does it really matter?

If the letter says "Bob" is employed as a ________ since 2003.... you could claim all the points for the more important occupation. COULF but if you get caught by CIC calling your HR department person its called misrepresentation and you would be found inadmissable.

misrepresentation if I was not performing the job duties , but if I was performing even more than this and if the company testified that , and the HR themselves were glad to issue such certificate , so misrepresentation in what ?
