hi all,
i have a visitors visa that expires end of may and i want to extend it. unfortunately, i just found out that i have to apply at least a month in advance if i want to extend my stay. is there any way out for me? what happens if i overstay and have to apply for a re-instatement within 90 days? what are the ramifications?

You still have time to apply for extension. If your application is submitted before the visa expires, you can stay until a decision is made on your application. You will be under implied status. If you apply after your visa expires you will have to apply for restoration of status and visitor visa renewal.

dont waste your time and submitt your application before the visa expires, send it through courier service, one day delivery.
