Subject: FBI email address (Uniden and others..)
I read the thread about emailing the FBI on the other thread and I thought it might help in my case. I noticed that Uniden is very helpful and experienced and I really need help from you guys.

I have a three month deadling and one month has already gone! I want to receive my FBI report ASAP and would like to know the email address which I can use to contact with FBI.

Many thanks,

Alex,

In reality I am not as experienced as you may think. I learn as I go..
I know that including a deadline at time of your FBI record request, by writing it on the cover page and/or on the envelope may help. I believe it helped in my case, since I received my FBI report in just 10 days.

I guess I will have to go back and do some searching, I must have missed that thread about emailing FBI. The only email address I was able to find now if you have questions about requesting your fingerprint report is:
do@leo.gov, but I am not sure if this is what you are looking for. Maybe someone else knows a better email address.

I don´t really know how you could speed everything up at this time, but maybe you could call the FBI and ask about the status of your record request.

I am hopeful you will get everything in time and meet your deadline.

Good Luck!

Alex,
do@leo.gov is infact the e-mail you are looking for. I had the same problem as you described and sent an e-mail to this address requesting a seppdy service. You have to provide the following information in the e-mail:

Your name as on Fingerprint Card
The tracking number and Postal service you used to mail the fingerprints (FedEx, USPS, ARAMEX etc.)
Your date of birth
Date received at the dock
Name of the person who received (You will get this info. from the tracking number)
Write a deadline and ask them to put a request for expedited service on your behalf.
Your work will be done in 2 weeks ;)
Good Luck and come back if you have more questions

hello,

i turned in my package by certified mail through the us postal service on march 29 2007. i checked on their web site for a conformation it said the fbi received it on the 31 of march, which is by the way i requested the dead line to be. i thought i wouldnt kneed the tracking # so i threw it away. i need the results back right away as it is
holding up me going back to work as a armed protective agent. i enclosed in the packett a copy of the local bca check,a letter from me,the dispotion of th e only crime im convicted of,and other info to speed this up. i called the fbi report service person today the 3 of april to see what was happening and she said they had not found the info yet and asked if i had the tracking number from the mail. she then told me to write a report to this web site to get a more immidieat responce. please let me know the details of this procdeur so that i can return back to work.

criminal background report (in reply to: FBI email address (Uniden and others..))
on april 6, 2007 i submitted a request for a copy of my criminal background record with a deadline date of may 15, 2007. it is for the purpose of obtaining a state licence. the state informed me that i had 90 days in which to resubmit my application or they would void the original and it might mean upwards to a year before i could reapply. i have gone through great expense and sacrafice for this licence and would greatly appreciate your help in this matter. please give me some indication as to how soon i could expect it so that i may respond to the state accordingly. sincerely m. morton
