For those who have applied for citizenship certificate, the following is the timeline for both of my kids.
Oct 31-2006 - Mailed application Package for both kids
Nov 02-2006 - Application received by Detroit Canadian Consulate (PER
USPS Tracking)
Nov 08-2006 - Application received by CPC, Sydney(Per Online Status)
Nov 20-2006 - Acknowledgement letter sent from CPC, Sydney(Based on
letter date)
Nov 28-2006- Acknowledgement letter reached my home address in MI, USA.
Jan 16 -2007- CPC,Sydney started processing both applications(Per
Online Status)
Jan 23 -2007- CPC,Sydney sent the citizenship certificates to
Detroit Canadian Consulate(Per Online)
Feb 26 - Received Kids Citizenship certificate.
