I got the letter saying my file is transfered from Buffalo to detroit, Is this good or bad for my case ?
I have heard file transfer means interview is required
What will happen next?

It is just an administrative transfer. (By transferring files to other locations, they divide work within themselves.)
Don´t worry, It has nothing to do with interview.
I, and many others in this forum had our files transferred. I didn´t have any interview. I got my IA and PPR.

Hi,
My file has been moved from Buffalo to NY office, i know it may or may not mean an interview. i wud really appreciate if u cud plz let me know the chances of interview due to this, i am worried as my us visa & other working condition are not suitable anymore & interview cud cause a delay...i have submited my FBI & Indian PCC recentaly & not with the initial file submition (they didn´t asked for it although)
Plz suggest as per ur valuable exprnc.
