i landed in august and just got a letter back saying there
was a problem processing my PR card cos of the photos,
I took new photos, I am not sure what they mean when they say
they want the guarantor?s signature on the back.. who should
sign the back of my photos?

(in reply to: to sharon and roy) There is a list of them but basically a lawyer or notary that knows you. The photo was probably too dark.

(in reply to: to sharon and roy) you don´t need to ´know´ them. you show up in person with your photos and your ID and they will notarize them for a small fee.
