Guys guys please help me out here.... Its the same kinda argument we keep seeing day in and out. Well I admit its better than questions about timelines and FBI clearances and the like, but its getting really stale....
I´m trying to basically consolidate the millions of posts occupying Zillion of Gigabytes of memory on this server, here´s how a typical posting goes....
There will usually be the initial post the gist of which will be "Canada has fooled the immigrants and shown them a false dream" or something related to "Engineers driving cabs" and the likes.
Then there will be the defence (usually led by Sharon and her coterie) explaining how you should do research and how good the Canadian immigration system is, and how the new Canadian immigrants are having the wrong expectations and why its all their fault and not Canada´s at all.... and all such good stuff.
Then there will be a re-buttal, explaining how Sharon (and other defenders) cannot understand stuff as they are not in the same situation blah blah blah....
Usually by this time either the thread limit is reached and we are all set for part 2 or the momentum is all lost, but one can always expect "you know who" to make sure that he/she always has the last authoritative say on the situation at hand.
And then enters the jerk whose posting is the last in the thread and is totally unrelated to the topic of the thread, and we all make peace, before it all starts over again !!

you have it about right. It goes in cycles. Every few months a new member comes riding in on his white horse to save everyone from the worst decision of their lives. The posts fly, the insults get hurled, the members storm off in frustration, the original poster gets bored with the exercise, the Canadians get frustrated and then it settles down for a few weeks and we talk about timelines and speculate if CIC will raise the points (we haven´t done that one for a while) and the circle of immigration life begins again.

i don´t know how i keep my spirit all the time, maybe because i work in Canada..
i don´t really feel depress, i mean sometime you have to suck it up, that´s the way it is...
but i don´t know why, i actually feel my future is never such bright since I live in Canada, even though still waiting for PR....
Canada has so many opportunities for young folks.......

hey in fact you told us you do smoke dubee... by the way have you given up asking in all immigration forums when you will be getting PR ? or something else just for the sake of posting something ???

I think departure man is a China spy. I think CIC has finally figured that one out so they are secretly holding up his file to ransom. DP don´t worry... as long as you are not caught red-handed, you are fine. Don´t spy too much. It makes no sense.
