hey every one, can anyone help me? im in the middle of immigrating 2 ontario from scotland but just sent my papers away 2 london, the question is. is there anyway i can go over 2 canada while my immigration papers r processed? thanks in advance for any replies.

yes, you can travel as a visitor. But to stay in Canada while you wait - no.

you are not legal to work without a PR permit. if you got a work permit, you might be able to run the dual program.
if you arrive with your belongings at the airport and no return ticket - they would probably send you back.
