Hello All, I gonna apply for immigrate recentely with my common-law partner. I am just wondering is there any immigration application cases in terms of common-law relationship as merriage status. We are both in Canada, I am working on working permit, she is phd candidate on study permit. Thank you very much. :-)

I guess you are applying under the skilled have a worker category. Yes, Canada does accept common-law relationships, you will have to submit proof of your relationship with your application.
