hi, first of all thanks for all the tips on file organization.
is there anyone who has applied to Buffalo without submitting IELTS results, and got the PR without being asked for it?
I have 11 years of education and 1 year work experience in Canada. I´m providing proof of this plus other supporting documents from my employer (such as a sworn affidavit). I really don´t want to pay for the test fees and also I want to apply within the next two weeks. What do you guys think - are they going to ask me to take the test anyway?
