I doubt Canada would accept you if the US is throwing you out.

Its clear your not wanted so why would Canada waste money on you? Get the fuck out and apply the right way. Not some bogus way so you can jump the line!

You should adopt the right way to immigrate any other country. And this is right that if you have been deported from US then Canada is probably not going to welcome you at all.

Canada and the US have recently adopted a ´safe third country´ policy. If you are a refugee and you land in a safe country (such as the US) - Canada will not allow a second attempt in Canada. The reverse is true as well.

Days of applying at the border between US and Canada are over.

you cannot ask asylum or claim refugee throug a third country. i.e. USA. meaning, unless you are asking asylum from the US (which you are not, as you are not a US citizen) you must enter canada and ask for asylum duirectly and not through the USA. people are refused on the spo if asking refuge via third country.

This is not what my canadian lawyer told me..He gave me specific direction on where to go once im near the border..I have to go directly to a canadian office that handles asylum claims..Since he´s a canadian lawyer, i would think he knows more then you do..Plus he told me that canada has a deal with haitian nationals that says that no haitians can be deported to haiti because of the civil war hat´s going on..Canadian are aware that the US deports haitian to haiti , no matter how bad it is in the country...My lawyer told me that all ill need is my haitian passport and tell them the US wants to deport me to a civil war haiti and this will be the perfect case for a great asylum claims.

Also, from what i have understood from the lawyer, i will not ask asylum throught the US, i will be asking asylum once im in direct contact with the canadian border patrol or i think there is an office near the canadian border..I think some of you are wrong by saying no nationals can not apply for asylum throught a 3rd country..Let me look for the websie that contracdict everything that you guys are saying.

"What are the exceptions to the safe third country rule?"

IF YOU ARE A NATIONAL OF A COUNTRY TO WHICH CANADA HAS TEMPORARILY
SUSPENDED
REMOVALS (currently Afghanistan, ...and others ....and HAITI....)

Now...the rules that changed in Dec. 2004, says you cannot claim
refugee at
the land borders, but you can at the airport.

BUT...if you come under one of the "exceptions" then, you can apply at
the
land borders.....and you do...you are a National of HAITI!

This above was sent by email, to me by my canadian immigration lawyer in canada, so therefore, what you guys have been telling me is completly false
