other than ecas, what is a better way of enquiring?sending an enquiry email to buffalo or calling the 24/7, 1-888 no of cic and talk to a cic representative to know the current status of application as mentioned in the cic website.

sending enquiry e-mail could help to answer concrete questions. Calling could help if everything is arranged. E-CAS will change if you are lucky enough:)
