AOR from London, UK office: May 2004 in response to application from Gulf States. Took 3 months for CIC London to acknowledge.
Exactly 18 months later, letter and medical requests.
Passport requests 1 month after sending medicals and updated police certifictes. Also updated photos requested.
Immigrant visas took 2 weeks in London.
Landing experience was uneventful. Accompanying Funds was necessary. Immigration interview took just 20 mins at Toronto airport. Customs required a list of goods to follow. You can download forms for ´goods to follow´.
