I wonder if the stats are being messed up by the 2000- 2003 lawsuite cases that must be included in the information. that would show everything as taking forever.

I hope they didn´t include the lawsuite cases as this would not give accurate information to any group.
for us would show longer times than they actualy are, and for lawsuite cases will give false hopes as they passed the 36-48 months waiting time anyway.
but if it makes sense means that it is the other way.

Applications in US are now taking average of 24 months, this is up from 14 months couple of years back. Man, accept it the applications have far exceeded the expectations of CIC, and I woulder why have they not raised the pass mark to regulate this higher number.
