As I posted before, It is clear that all applicant starting from Dec.04 application will be handled by different CIC Offices & not only buffalo. As you guys can notice buffalo is sending most applicants the same answers regarding transfering their file to another consulate like LA..etc for a decision on an interview.
I hope this will make the process faster..
