I have some questions regarding "Goods to Follow"
Q1. Should I being using Form B4 or B4A?
Q2. My wife has a lot of jewelry (22 K gold). Do I need to get it appraised by a professional before mentioning it in the "Goods to Follow" list.
Q3. Is it mandatory to get immunization record for a US born child?

For question no.2, you don´t need need to show it to a profesional. At we did not go that way. You only have to present a photogrpah of each jewelry and underneath you state your estimated course. That is fine with Customs. We did not have any problem with that approach.

FOr question no. 2, you don´t need to show it to a professional. At least we did not go that far. You only have to to present a photograph of each jewelry and underneath you state your estimated costs. In our case it was accepted without any problem by the customs officials
