(in reply to: Application mistake) Jose,
I dont understand your question. I hope you did´nt write your son´s birthday in main applicant´s column.
You have to fill in the information of all dependents including your children. If you have written your son´s B´ day in the part of application assigned for dependents I dont see any problem.

yes , it is a problem (in reply to: Application mistake) hey antonio,
a person is identified correctly by name , birth place and date of birth . if you have put wrong birth date knowingly or unknowingly it is a big mistake . when the passport request comes up it will be an issue . hey man, you are living in 21 st century where identity theft is so common .
i wonder how a person can make such mistakes. i checked my application 7 times atleast to make sure everything is correct.
you better write to CIC at the earliest to correct .

Usually you have to write down your family information in two different sheets.
Send a fax to CIC ASAP and advice them about the mistake.
I made a couple mistakes with mine, I didn´t write my sisters date of birth in one of the applications, although I did it in other one, and I send my RCMP finger prints to the Embassy as requested with a wrong date of birth .
I assume that the officer corrected before he asked for my police record.
At the end my application was approved and I am already in Canada.
Bill
