| Subject: Immigrant summary and Supplementary form |

In "Immigrant summary and Supplementary form", It is mentioned at the start of the forms that "This form should be completed in duplicate for all persons 18 years and over and should be the same information on the immigrant application form". What does this mean?. there are columns like "Principal applicant", Spouse, dependent1 etc
do i have to fill both columns (principal applicant and spouse column)and make a duplicate copy of that signed by me and my wife?.or I make two copies of the form one filled (only in main applicant column) and signed by me and second filled by my wife (only spouse coulmn)?. or we both need to complete both columns filling same information. If that is the case where should my wife fill her information? in main apllicant´s column? coz for her I will be her spouse. It is little confusing. If anybody have any idea about this please do reply.

when filling your form you r applicant and your wife is spouse.
when filling your wife´s form, she is applicant and you(husband) is spouse.

yes you need to fill the form in duplicate means make photocopy and fill it twice ,both forms should be signed .

Hi..Iam too filling my forms nowadays.may i understand about the above answers that 1) for the summary form one copy only ( the two pages)should be filled & signed by me where iam the principal applicant and she is the spouse & one copy for my wife filled and signed by her where she is the principal applicant and iam the spouse ? only one copy for each ? .
Also supplementary form (the 2 pages )filled separately for each of us..one copy each,am i right ??
Pls. anyone who knows ??

I am in the process of completing my immigration to Canada file step by step, meanwhile, I just need to see how this form looks like. I have searched for it and could not find a copy of such a form. Please let me know where I can search or send me a copy of it if possible.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have an American citezen 14 year old son and we would like him to be with us in Canada yet, he may keep his American citizenship, should we count him in the process fess?
