Subject: I've studied very hard at UofT but just got a C- |
So all other schools must be very easy.
They are crappy schools.

(in reply to: I've studied very hard at UofT but just got a C-) is this a serious post or just some retard being sarcastic?

(in reply to: I've studied very hard at UofT but just got a C-) most likely just being sarcastic.
but this guy does inadvertantly speaks the truth, a C- is not a rarity in the school since class average are usually in C.
Unlike Queen´s or Western where averages are usually 77%, aka B+, and where over half of their students get A. But even an idiot know an A from easy schools as such will never mean anything, whereas an A from UofT usually translate into hardwork and intellgence.

(in reply to: I've studied very hard at UofT but just got a C-) Yeah, UofT, Waterloo and McMaster are probably three toughest schools in Ontario. That´s why employers would rather hire a UofT grad with a C average than a Queen´s grad with an A average. Degrees from easy schools such as Western or Queen´s equal to toilet papers.

(in reply to: I've studied very hard at UofT but just got a C-) Exactly, I´m a close straight A 3rd year student in UofT, and I wouldn´t imagine myself wanting to be anywhere else. If I headed to say Queen´s which usually have class average in high 70s, I would feel extremely lowballed when I worked my ass off to get a 4.0 (85) while some moron barely study and get the same result because of easier exams/assignments. It´s not the same in my school, whereas you deserves exactly what you do. Just my 2 cents.

(in reply to: I've studied very hard at UofT but just got a C-) That is exactly the reason why UofT or Waterloo degrees mean more to the employers!

(in reply to: I've studied very hard at UofT but just got a C-) Waterloo doesn´t have average in the C, they usually have mid-70s average.

(in reply to: I've studied very hard at UofT but just got a C-) uoft is indeed harder to get good marks an you have to work your ass off just to get a b or even a c whereas schools such as lakehead/uoit you can walk into the exam without even opening the book to pull an A. especially true at uoit considering it´s open book so you can just walk in without studying previously

(in reply to: I've studied very hard at UofT but just got a C-) I never said degrees from universities other than UofT are toilet papers, don´t stuff words in my mouth, jealous assfuck.
People know the same letter grades from various college usually can´t compare to UofT´s. An A in UofT is more scarce compared to an A in any other schools in Canada for obvious reasons, vice versa for B vs B, C vs C.
One can argue an A student in say Western can match up against an A in UofT, it has less authority and is less convincing because there´s a high chance even a less capable student can obtain the same grade in Western compared to UofT.

(in reply to: I've studied very hard at UofT but just got a C-) I think that a Seneca degree is better than UofT or others.
