Western = A cool dude that gets laid often by numerous Western babes.

UofT = A loser that hangs out at this forum boasting about international rankings, not realizing the Western grad with the active social life will be their manager.

The real kicker is:

Western´s avg. entering grade > UofT´s avg. entering grade
(ref: Maclean´s)

Don´t believe the lies that UofT students make about Western being just for party people whom didn´t achieve high marks in high school.

Geez, your UWOers bring up UofT every chance you get huh?

It is possible that many UWO grads will grow up to eventually manager UofT grads. Many UofT BSc and Eng grads will work for tech companies in the golden horseshoe and many of them will get UWO B/BA managers.

You won´t see too many UofT BAs become managers... they usually go on to law/grad school, or get real jobs in the diplomatic corps or serious public infrastructure. UWO B/BAs don´t have much more to shoot for than mid-level management opportunities.

Therefore it´s entirely possible a UWO playa is going to manage UofT/UW/Mac/etc BScs. Congrats.

Western sucks, no international reputation at all. If you are serious about your post secondary education, then go to UofT. If you just want to party and get drunk for 4 years, then go to Western Ontario. It´s no wonder why UofT and Waterloo grads are employers´ favourites.

students at UofT, Waterloo and McMaster actually have to study real hard in order to graduate, man! I have no idea why schools such as Queen´s, Western, or Guelph are ranked that high. Are people blind?

Students at McGill work hard too. And if the grades are too low for grad school, they can always count on an extra 1.1 points to be added to their GPA by the elite grad schools they apply to. See? Life doesn´t suck anymore!

^ McGill´s business profs are known to give easy marks compared to John Molson profs. So, the McGill kid who can´t even score 3.0 GPA is really retarded. To score a 3.0 GPA at John Molson is like scoring a 3.7 at McGill´s "piece-of-cake" business school.

From what I´ve heard, most empolyers in Ontario really don´t give a rats ass about the degrees coming from Western, Queen´s or Guelph.
