The following are ridiculous criteria... Shouln´t have more than 10% in total:

Student Retention: 10% --> sometimes Ss have to leave good schools
Proportion who graduate: 15% --> again same above
Student awards --> This is good!
Classes taught by Tenured faculty 15% --> good schools don´t give tenure so easily
Faculty with PhD: 15% --> who doesn´t have PhD?
Scholarships & Bursaries: 15% --> OK good
Library Acquisitions: 15% --> ridiculous.. favors big schools and luck!

^The weights must add up to 100%. There is a maximum of seven indicators. If each indicator is limited to 10%, the sum of the weights would be maxed out at only 70%. The tool would not work unless the points add up to 100%.
