A problem with UOIT is that the less intelligent kids are getting amazing marks. Why? Why are they "stupid" in high school and all of a sudden intelligent students in university. Is it because (1) faculty are inexperienced and teach easy (2) faculty are aware that the incoming students are less intelligent and treat them easier (3) that it is a new university and do not "yet" know the ropes, or (4) that faculty has made the material clear and that all students understand and perform well.

Material is definitely easy compared to most or all other universities in Ontario, explaining why their students are achieving amazing marks, with class averages of greater than 75%, sometimes 80%. Just food for thought people. Think about it, to those who think of going there.

That is such a lie, the class averages are not 75%+ whoever told you that is the retard they juss let in so the school can get money (every school has that believe me). The nursing program is challenging and I know because we are in the same hospital as UofT, Ryerson, and York students and the nurses say we know our stuff. Please UofT nurses are dumber than brow-man on Martin.
UOIT has good programs and exceptional students and we do well because we are not crammed in small lecture halls and have professor that want us to do well (not by giving us the answers).
