Concordia or McGill? A 1BR Montreal downtown westend apartment near Concordia´s campus is very high. In the range of $700 to $1,000 for a 1 bedroom.

They seem to have been increasing over the last few years... you might find a place with cockroaches under $700 if you are lucky! lol .. Good luck in your search for a Monteral Apartment! If you are going to McGill try searching towards westmount, you might find something cheaper..
