The best in Ontario, in no specific order, are:
1) Toronto
2) Waterloo
3) McMaster
4) Queen´s
5) Western

Outside of Ontario, here are some good choices I know of:
UBC, McGill, Alberta, Calgary, Saskatchewan.

There are some other good universities out there, but they do not have the reputation that the ones I listed above have. I hope this helps all of you prospective engineers out there.

Concordia is also a powerful engineering school. With a brand new 17 floor engineering tower in downtown Montreal, they sure are an engineering school to consider. Also, Concordia´s graduate engineering school is only second in size to U of T.

Concordia Engineering - #1 in Aerospace Engineering in Canada.
