all are well known for sciences, however, it all comes down to personal choice of whether u like to live in the city, social scence, costs, diversity, etc.

Personally, i would choose queens or western. Hamilton sucks and mac isnt known for its social scence. Pick UofT if u want diversity and live in downtown.

Academics wise, all are top-notch choices.

Western has little international reputation, so I wouldn´t consider it.

At Mac, the emphasis is on breadth rather than depth, so you generally get more courses but the difficulty is not as great.
At UT, depth is emphasized, and you typically get 4-5 courses in 1st year (as opposed to Mac´s 7), but they´re all much MUCH harder, and it´s tougher to get good grades at UT.
Don´t know too much about Queen´s, except for some reason one of my friends tell me he doesn´t really think the life science program is too spectacular.
