Concordia engineering of course. York cannot get approval from the PEO. When you go to york you are not getting an engineering degree, no matter how you want to sugar coat it.

Don´t study engineering at any school that isn´t recognized by the PEO. (Memorial was threatened by them a few years ago when it tried introducing a "software engineering" program.) If York isn´t recognized by the PEO than you´re better off going to another university for engineering.

PEO = Professional engineers of Ontario. Without it you cannot become a P.Eng. York for engineering PLEASE. PEO won´t even accredit the university. You want to study engineering come to Waterloo, you want to study women, go to york.
