HI I am in My own country.I have PR.But nov 23 i am getting married in my own country.But i entered to canada only one day as PR and come back to my own country.so basically i stayed only one day in canada as PR and back to my own country to get marry.I given my friend address to immigration to send my PR in canada.
My Q is can i sponcer my wife after i come back to canada?Because i stayed only one day in canada as PR before i married.
other Q is: If i do not get my PR(By chance),still i can enter to Canada with my landing paper .
Because immigration officer has told me not to go away from canada,untill i receive my PR card.But i left to my own country now to get marry.If i do not get my PR(By chance),still i can enter to Canada just with my landing paper?

You may have to apply for a Travel Document (Permanent Resident Abroad) before you re-enter Canada. This application is for permanent residents outside of Canada who need proof of their status so they can return to Canada.The Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292) is not enough to get you back into Canada if you leave.

Yes you can sponsor your wife after you come back to Canada.
If you do not have a PR card by the time you want to return to Canada you will have to apply for a travel document. Please visit the following link to get detailed information about how to apply for a travel document.

You can submit your application for travel document in either New Delhi or Chandigarh.

The service of Visa Application Centres is available for Indian residents who wish to apply in the following categories:
Visitors
Students
Workers
Permanent Residents (only those who need a travel document to return to Canada)
The visa applications may be submitted at any of the nine application centers across India. All applications will be assessed at The Canadian High Commission, New Delhi or the Consulate General in Chandigarh.
