In order to obtain police certificate from Australia a self addressed stamped envelope is to enclosed along with the application
for and other documents .
My question is how people living in pakistan or outside Australia can send self addressed stamped envelope when Australia
stamps are not available there ? Is there any provision of paying extra money to cover postage along with the fee of the certificate .
How much extra money for postage of Certificate should then be added

Usually there is a postal payment called "International Postage funds", which are kind of universal funds. They are usually available for purchase in big post offices of major cities.
If you have hard time finding these, you can write to the Australian Authorities for them to suggest a solution. Or request any of your friends/relatives in Australia to post on your behalf.
