It is coming to 15 months and nothing.
Asked questions - answer - keep waiting

Applied in Buffalo, AOR in May 2004
They asked for IELTS after 10 months, which is March 2005.
I sent IELTS result to Buffalo in June 2005, no news till now, no IA.
I´ve been waiting for 1.5 years now, who konws how long it will be!
Have nothing to say to cic, those slow bas***ds.

Hi optimas I can imagine your situation. This is crazy well the thing is they normally get to IA after 8-10 months of AOR in your case they did and perhaps found you did not have enough points for english.Then they sent you the request to take the exam and it delayed the process.
If your case is not very complex, I am sure you will hear something from them end of this year or early next year, stay tight. I was lucky becuse they requested me to take the IELTS exam with four months of my AOR

Hi John, I think the answer to your question is yes. Because one of my friend has got interview waiver from buffalo cic but they cancelled it later and requested IELTS. My friend applied in 2003 she took IELTS in August and wating now.
