My passport was issued at Bombay where my father was working.Later I did my job in Malaysia and then Saudi Arabia.Again my passport was renewed in Saudi by the time my permanent address was changed ,but not in my passport.At present I am working in Qatar.Now where and how must I get pcc ?will this change of address affect ?Please guide me

This is for police/FBI clearance in US. Once my license was suspended for not paying a parking ticket. I paid it later & restored the license - after that I drove in US without any issue. Also, I had couple of speeding tickets before that. Will it be a problem in getting the clearance? Do they check these things & the credit history/whether balance is due in apartment/utility services etc? Or they check only the criminal offences?

You will have to get PCC from all the countries you have lived in for more than 6 months since you turned 18. Change in address will have no effect on getting PCC.
To get the Indian PCC you should contact the Indian embassy in Qatar.

PCC from USA for canadian immigration (in reply to: pcc)
I have applied for canadian immigration in 2004. I have left for USA in july 2004 and worked there for 2 and half years. My spouse and child (12 years old)also joined me in 2005 and came back in 2006. Now all of us are in India. DO each of us require PCC from USA for canadian immigration.If required please tell me how to obtain it from USA? How long the PCC from USA is valid? Please explain stepwise.I shall be grateful for anyone who clearly explains my case at my email.
