I APPLIED as a skilled worker to buffalo in november 2004.
i got my AOR in march but havent heard back from them.
just wondering r they currently processing sep or oct 2004 applicants?
has anybody who applied in october heard back

Dude Oct. 04 applicant AOR Jan.05 started to get IAs. I also know some Nov. 04 with AOR Feb. 05 got it. Expect somthin in the coming weeks!.
Why did your AOR take so long? You applied Nov. 04! or you missed some docs then they issued your AOR "thats why its late!"?

It is just the holiday season I assume that caused the people who filed in nov to receive AOR in March

Yes, I applied in december and I got my AOR in march, but it must have been because of the holidays, people who applied in march got their AOR in april and so forth, so I don´t know what´s the basis for all this delay paranoia

ppl who work for the government are so lazy,
i dont understand why the holiday season delays application by months. i know i work and only get 1 week off at xmas, 2 weeks max.
i dont get them

I know it sucks but this is the way it is , Dec-Jan are almost dead months. So if you guys are expecting IA soon and don´t get it in Nov, hope to get it in March 06. There are always few exception though.
