| Subject: interview required and then waived |

I am applying through the family class (sponsored by husband). My ecas sez that an interview is scheduled for nov 8th at the consulate.
I received a phone call o tuesday notifying me of the interview as well and this morning i received another phone call from the embassy people that i should disregard the interview letter and that the interview will not be required. I am very confused, should i go ahead and appear for the interview ?
What does it mean now that the interview is cancelled (not rescheduled), does it mean a decision has been made?
I will appreciate ya advice on this please.
